Jay S. Hruska, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut Inc., represented the ownership of the Greenwich American Centre. John Wheeler of Jones Lang LaSalle represented CitationShares, which offers fractional ownership of Cessna Citation airplanes.

According to Cushman & Wakefield officials, CitationShares "did evaluate certain alternatives in Westchester County and elected to stay (in Greenwich.) "CitationShares required functional, cost effective space that would provide continued room for growth," Hruska says. "Greenwich American Centre is one of the most prestigious addresses in the Fairfield County region and offers easy access to Manhattan with countless building amenities."

Among the major tenants with leased space at the 600,000-sf Greenwich American Center complex include Paloma Partners, Amaranth Advisors and Tudor Investments. There is approximately 46,000 sf of space available on the Terrace Level of the complex. The building was constructed in the early 1970s as the corporate headquarters for American Can.
