Almost 50% of the 275 memberships have already been sold prior to opening. A four-week membership recently sold for more than $1 million. Membership prices for 1/11th fractional shares range from over $300,000 to over $1.5 million, depending on the size of the residence and the membership plan.
St. Regis Residence Club Aspen is one of the first fractional residence clubs with a fixed membership option, so individuals may purchase fixed weeks, as well as a floating option.
St. Regis, at the base of Aspen Mountain and in the heart of Downtown,offers 25 two- and three-bedroom residences, which are located in the East Wing of the existing St. Regis Resort Aspen hotel. Guests will be able to use the new Remède Spa, which will be the flagship spa of the new luxurious Remède Spa brand being developed for St. Regis hotels. The 15,000-sf Remède Spa, the first in the brand, also will debut at the St. Regis Resort in December.
The residences are about 2,200 sf in size for the three-bedroom residences and approximately 1,700 sf for the two-bedroom residences. The residences are being designed by Marc-Michaels Interior Design. St. Regis is one of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.'s brands.
