Berling is the former director of real estate for All Terrain Property Funds. Berling serves as a board member of Matrix Capital Bank in Denver. He formerly served as a senior executive with Homart Development Co., which was the development arm of Sears Roebuck & Co. And he also was a senior executive with Beta West Properties, the former real estate arm of US West, the name of the regional telephone company later acquired by Qwest Communications.
