The remaining 35 acres will be added to First Baptist's existing property on which it is currently developing its new home. The site will ultimately house a 4,000-seat worship center, chapel, banquet facility, administrative areas, and parking space to accommodate over 2,000 vehicles.
"We have extensive experience in providing real estate counsel to religious and non-profit organizations," says Scheer Partners executive committee chairman Charlie Dukes Jr. "There are many financial benefits that real estate affords to these and related groups. We were able to work with the First Baptist Church and provide them with a real estate plan that best complemented their growth strategy both financially and physically."
