The new assignments were awarded by various existing and new clients including McClean Properties, Champion Development, Lake Development Group, F.A.F. Investments, Prime Pacific Development, The Uhlmann Offices, Inc., Walgreens, Toibb Enterprises and Keyvest Corp. Wilson says the majority of the new business resulted from efforts to expand the company's core leasing business with the recent hiring of Steve Selcer and Tom Gamble, along with a partnership with Kirnan Commercial Real Estate of Woodland Hills.
Among some of the larger listings in Los Angeles County are a 22.5-acre mixed-use project near Division Street and Rancho Vista Boulevard in Palmdale and a 77,000-sf big box project by Champion Development of Los Angeles at 909 S. Fair Oaks Ave. in Pasadena. The Orange County listings include a new development of 4.6 acres at Orangethorpe and Euclid in Fullerton that will feature a prototype 16,000-sf Rite Aid drug store along with a drive-through restaurant and more than 40,000 sf of in-line shop space.
The Riverside County assignments include the 72,000-sf Mission Plaza in Cathedral City and the 220,000-sf Lake Elsinore City Center in Lake Elsinore. The larger San Bernardino County assignments include the 74,000-sf Laband Village Shopping Center in Chino Hills and the 110,000-sf Central Plaza in Montclair.
The Ventura County listings include the 50, 000-sf Hueneme Bay Center at the northwest corner of Ventura Road and Channel Island Boulevard in Port Hueneme, and the 82,000-sf Simi Valley at the northwest corner of Los Angeles Avenue and Stearns Street. The Tulare County assignments include a consulting contract to assist The Uhlmann Offices Inc. of Sherman Oaks in the leasing and redevelopment of the 275,000-sf Visalia Marketplace in Visalia.
