Sanchez hired Wayne, PA-based Lieberman Earley & Co. to market the sublease. Philip Earley, a principal, says the space, which is located on the first and second levels of the multi-tenant building, is ready for immediate finishing and occupancy. The rental rate is $19.75 per sf plus utilities.
The facility is a three-story signature building in the 900-acre business park, located at Morehall Rd. and Swedesford Rd., which is within walking distance of the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center and the Shoppes at Great Valley. Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust is the owner and developer of the building.
