The property is in Indianapolis-based Duke Realty's Meridian Business Campus, two miles south of the East-West Tollway but with a Metra commuter rail station located within the park. Although terms were not disclosed, space elsewhere in Meridian Business Campus is being offered at $11.50 per sf.
Studley associate Kevin Moore and senior managing director John Conerty represented the expanding DemandOne in negotiations with Joe Voet of Duke Realty.
