HONG KONG-The fate of the $3-billion IPO by the Link REIT is hanging in the balance after a legal appeal was launched at the 11th hour. An elderly tenant of subsidized housing has challenged an earlier ruling that supported the decision of Hong Kong Housing Association to sell its shopping centers and parking spaces through the REIT.
