The Shell portfolio contains an aggregate of 211,300 sf. The properties range from 16,000 sf to 30,000 sf and include one location each in Miami, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Port Charlotte and Jacksonville along with two in Tallahassee.

Motiva operates the Eastern and Southeastern US refining and marketing operations of Royal Dutch Shell's Shell Oil units and Saudi Aramco. Boris Kozolchyk of the local office of Grubb & Ellis represented Motiva in all of the transactions, and each unit was sold to a different buyer. Kozolchyk could not be reached for comment by press time. The aggregate price of the portfolio and of individual units is undisclosed.

Meanwhile, ARM Acquisitions LLC acquired the Feldenkreiss warehouse, which is located on 4.5 acres at 6900 Northwest 77 Court and fronts Palmetto Parkway. Mimi Chao of the Miami-Dade office of Colliers International represented the seller.
