Located near the intersection of Centreville Road and Sunrise Valley Drive within minutes of the Washington-Dulles International Airport, 13595 Dulles Technology Dr. was developed in 1993 on a five-acre parcel. Financial terms of the lease with property owner MLC Holdings/Phillip G. Norton, which acquired the building four years ago for nearly $8 million, have not been disclosed.
