Hoath, a 17-year professional, focuses on municipal master planning, hospitality and environmental projects. His current projects include the Lindbergh Center Transit-Oriented Development and the Carter multi-tenant office building. He joined Carter in 1997 and was promoted to project director in 2003.

Jokerst is responsible for the direction and coordination of architectural and construction professionals for Carter's educational clients. He is currently involved in the renovation and expansion of numerous projects at Agnes Scott College in Decatur. Before jointing Carter, Jokerst worked at Intergraph Corp. in Atlanta as US business development manager. He has also practiced architecture at Cooper Carry & Associates in Atlanta.

Lawrence directs and coordinates master planning, design and construction projects for educational institutions. He is a registered landscape architect with more than 20 years experience in planning, programming, designing and development of high schools, colleges and universities.

Morrison specializes in development services as an owner's representative for government and education institutions. He has 15 years experience in development facilities management and the construction industry. Prior to joining Carter, Morrison was a senior manager with Deloitte & Touche, overseeing capital program consulting and audits in the Southeast.

Poole brings more than 20 years of interior design and management experience to Carter's Interiors Project Management and Relocation Services Group. Prior to joining Carter in September 2000, she was an assistant manager for Sunlink Corp., a BellSouth company. At Sunlink, Poole designed and managed a diverse range of projects, including a 265,000-sf office and special-use project that she took from slab to full build-out over a 22-month period.
