Christopher O'Callaghan, senior vice president, and Peter Sweetser of Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., represented Keevily Spero-Whitelaw. Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties of NY LLC represented 500 Mamaroneck Avenue LP, an affiliate of the Malkin family and Viviane Paris LLC, co-owners of the 500 Mamaroneck Ave. building.
"Keevily has grown tremendously in the past 12 years since moving to Harrison from New York City," says Thomas McEvily III, president of Keevily Spero-Whitelaw. "We had outgrown our space and we needed to reorganize the way our offices were set up. However, we did not want to leave our Mamaroneck Avenue location."
O'Callaghan adds that although Keevily considered office locations throughout the county, the firm found what it was looking for right next door. "The 500 Mamaroneck Ave. space was a great fit for Keevily. It offered them the space they needed, in the location they desired," he notes. The brokerage has approximately 60 employees and writes more than $70 million in insurance premiums each year.
