He participated in $400 million of company multifamily sales transactions in 2004 and was recognized by the Central Florida Real Estate Society for posting the second highest volume of investment sales in 2004.
Warren assisted in two of his firm's largest deals in 2004--the $34.1-million sale of the Downtown Echelon at Cheney Place apartments at 860 N. Orange Ave. and the $34-million sale of five apartment buildings totaling 858 units to the Empire Group of New York City. The properties, formerly owned by A&M Properties of Lakeland, were Wedgewood Park in Lakeland; Windover of Fort Pierce; Windover of Orlando; Windover of Melbourne; and Windover Golden Point of West Melbourne.
"Investment grade rental properties are out-performing virtually every investment medium in the free world and almost every commercial institutional and private investor ranks well-located, quality apartment properties very high on the list," says Warren.
