His affiliations include chairman of the finance committee for the Dallas County Reclamation and Utility District and the fund-raising committee for the Rise School of Dallas.
Joe D. Dobbs, who joined Crescent in 1997, was promoted to senior vice president of property management for the six-state territory assigned to Zogg and Lewis. The 30-year professional previously was vice president of property management.
W. Whitney Kelly was named vice president of leasing after nearly a decade with Crescent. The former leasing director, who remains in the Fort Worth office, will oversee more than two million sf in his homeport, Arizona, California, Georgia and New Mexico.
Christopher T. Porter was accorded a promotion to senior vice president and treasurer. The five-year employee had been vice president and treasurer. He is responsible for overall debt, preferred equity, hedging, cash management strategies and banking relationships.
