PHILADELPHIA-The long-awaited deal for a new Comcast headquarters in Center City is struck. Previously called One Pennsylvania Plaza, the 1.2-million-sf, 57-story Comcast Center will break ground this month, 44% leased to Comcast for 15.5 years.
