The Boston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the four-year acquisition loan with the lender, Nationwide Life Insurance Co. of Columbus, OH. The fixed-rate loan has three one-year extension options. The park is located between the Beaver Ruin Road and Steve Reynolds Boulevard interchanges along Interstate 85.

The buildings, constructed between 1973 and 1997, range in size from 9,481 sf to 89,612 sf. Major tenants include Rugulus, Komatsu Zenoah America, Novoste, McBurney, Vision Gaming and Krispy Kreme. HFF senior managing director Riaz Cassum and director Coleman Benedict represented General Investment.

"These properties are a great investment due to a complementary mix of product type, building/space offering and price points; a great location in an established business park; and a diverse, multi-tenant portfolio without any large single tenant concentration," says Cassum. He would not disclose the loan's interest rate or the occupancy of the property.
