Binswanger/CBB in Atlanta brokered the $1.5-million contract that brought the building to 100% occupancy. GES Services, the only other tenant, occupies 136,185 sf. "This is Atomic's first location in the Atlanta market and is an expansion for them nationally," James A. Medbery, a senior vice president at Binswanger, tells GlobeSt.com.
Medbery says AtomicBox Logistics is a national third-party logistics provider, specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, cross-dock/consolidation and transportation management. "They supply and manage the infrastructure required to succeed in the logistics world by leveraging technologies to prove unsurpassed quality of outsourced solutions," the Binswanger executive says.
