Holliday Fenoglio Fowler managing director Tim Breda and director Christine Riniti worked on behalf of 131 Danbury Group LLC and its principals Ken Olson and Mark Rubenstein to secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loan with 20-year amortization through Allstate Investments LLC.

The property was constructed in three phases and completed in 1975, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler officials say. Recent renovations and improvements include new roofing, HVAC, life-safety systems, windows and landscaping. The property is leased to two tenants: Enterprise Rent-A-Car and TLP Inc., also known as TracyLocke, a division of Omnicom Group Inc. The site, which totals nearly five acres, has parking for 205 cars and is located on the west side of Danbury Road (Route 7) close to Wilton Town Center and the Merritt 7 Office Park corridor.

The Hartford office of HFF arranged a $3.3-million refinancing deal for the Williamsburg Apartments, a 140-unit garden-style multifamily complex in Windsor. Breda and Riniti worked on behalf of Williamsburg Associates of Windsor LP to secure the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through American Express Financial Corp.

Williamsburg Apartments is located on about 15 acres at 250 Bloomfield Ave. in Windsor. The property has nine attached two-story buildings with 32 one-bedroom units averaging 820 sf and 108 two-bedroom units averaging 960 sf. Amenities include a swimming pool and parking for 228 cars.
