The publicly held Digirad Corp. will open doors in early February in Arbuckle Court, a 33,545-sf, office flex building at 2410 Arbuckle Court in Dallas. "They wanted to do short term because they're going to be expanding," Steve Wolff with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Dallas office, tells GlobeSt.com about the region's newcomer. "They will definitely capture two or three locations in the next two years." Digirad sells solid-state, digital gamma cameras to hospitals, imaging centers and physicians. It started commercial production in 2000.

Wolff says the firm latched onto its first location outside California after looking for just two months. Key to the Arbuckle Court decision was the location at the junction of Interstates 35E and 635. The building, owned by Felder Gran Pacific Ventures Inc. of Dallas, carries a quoted rent of $8 per sf to $8.70 per sf gross.
