Kubin-Nicholson Corp., which operates a sales office at 3509 Henry Court in Arlington, has opted for production space at 1728 Trinity Valley Dr., a 48,000-sf warehouse in Carrollton with a $4 per sf quoted rent. The company is a large format printer specializing in displays and billboards.
"We were looking six months and I showed them a dozen sites," says Gary Lindsey, senior vice president in Dallas for Grubb & Ellis Co. He tells GlobeSt.com that the firm signed a three-year lease for the warehouse, which has undergone a significant finish-out to accommodate the 65-year-old specialty printer. Pat J. Haggerty with the Pat Haggerty Co. in Dallas represented the building owner, Method Street Dallas Associates.
