CBRE senior managing director Brett Hunsaker calls the arrival of the trio "a strategic win for us." Crow officials and the brokers couldn't be reached to learn why the move was made at this time. "With Chris, Frank and Brad on board, we now are the market leader in Atlanta in terms of real estate investment sales, no matter the property type," adds Hunsaker.
The Fallon-Riley-Rodgers team racked up 43.3 million sf of industrial property sales and equity placements valued at $1.8 billion from 1993 to the time the brokers joined CBRE. They also posted 6.2 million sf of office sales valued at $615 million and handled 3,903 acres of land sales to developers, investors and users valued at $212 million. Their 13-year transactional volume is valued at $2.6 billion.
Riley and Fallon will be senior vice presidents at CBRE; Rodgers, a vice president. Fallon has 19 years experience in development, acquisition and disposition covering the Southeastern and Southwestern US markets. He was a senior vice president of investment sales at Trammell Crow where he spent 10 years. Fallon had held the same position previously with ProLogis for nine years.
Riley has closed over 139 investment sales for the last 13 years. He has an MBA in finance from Emory University and a BBA in finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed sales agent in Georgia and North Carolina.
Rodgers has a Wall Street background and was named Rookie of the Year in 2001 by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has a BA in managerial economics from Hampden-Sydney College and is a licensed sales agent in Georgia and North Carolina.
