Kleiman Lawrence Baskind Fitzgerald, a four-year-old firm with four partners representing 75 years of legal experience, signed a stair-stepped lease for a seventh-floor office in Northpark Central at 8750 N. Central Expressway. The firm opted to stay in the same submarket and made the move at the end of its lease in Two Energy Center, Michael Griffin with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell's Dallas office tells GlobeSt.com.
The 494,878-sf building's amenities and proximity to new retail were the determining factors for the attorneys' decision to move to the 66%-leased Northpark Central, according to Griffin. The quoted rent is $22 per sf. Sandie Matejek with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner, the Australia-based Lend Lease Corp. Ltd.
