Anthony notes that the location provides proximity to overflow parking and is near the Metro Rail at the adjacent Pershing Square, both of which he cites as key factors in the tenant's decision to lease the space.

In a restructuring of its lease at 2029 Century Park East in the Century Plaza Towers, the bankruptcy law firm of Danning, Gill, Diamond & Kollitz agreed to a 90-month, $5 million deal for 25,273 sf, according to Studley. Mike Catalano of Studley, who brokered the deal along with Doug Fine of Studley, reports that landlord JP Morgan agreed to a tenant improvement allowance to renovate the space that the law firm has occupied for well over 10 years. Morgan was represented by Bob Pearson of Trammell Crow. Danning, Gill, Diamond & Kollitz has specialized in debtor-creditor relations, bankruptcy and reorganization matters since 1953.
