The transactions included a five-year lease for 10,850 sf by Starbucks, which was represented by Erik Larson of Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles; a 64-month lease for 7,974 sf for the law firm of Declues & Burkett, which was represented by John Hatzis of Lee & Associates in Orange; a five-year deal for 6,522 sf by Countrywide Home Loans, which was represented by Travers Realty and TruSite Real Estate Services; a three-year agreement for 1,277 sf by West Coast Servicing, which was represented by Baker Morphy of Trammel Crow in Irvine; and a three-year lease for 1,053 sf by Earth Friendly Technologies, which was represented by Hogberg and Hammond. The Plaza consists of a 15-story, 205,000-sf office tower and approximately 100,000 sf of retail buildings, which is anchored by Bally's Health Club and Regal Cinemas, and encompasses multiple restaurant pads and a multi-tenant retail building.
