Mark Detmer, vice president in Phoenix for Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com that the Prisma Graphic Corp. lease takes the 113,000-sf, five-year-old building at 2937 E. Broadway Rd. to 100% occupancy. He and TCC's Bo Mills represent the New York City-based building owner, ING Clarion Partners, which has owned the 480,000-sf, three-building complex since 1999.
"Prisma chose the building because of its visibility on Broadway and for its central location," Detmer says. The printing firm is expanding and relocating from 35,000 sf at 4821 S. 33rd St. Jeff Conrad of Lee & Associates' Phoenix office brokered terms for Prisma Graphic.
Menlo Worldwide vacated the space at the end of 2004. The other tenant in the building is Michael Lewis Co.
