In the second transaction, J & M Products Inc., a manufacturer of wire harnesses and clamps, purchased a 41,365-sf industrial building at 1647 Truman St. in San Fernando from 1647 Truman Street LLC for $2.7 million. The buyer was represented by Brett Warner of the Lee & Associates Sherman Oaks office, with the seller represented by Greg Geraci and David Harding in the Glendale office of CB Richard Ellis.
