Shan Lee of the City of Industry office of GVA Daum reports that All Strong expects to occupy its new building in February. The space, on just over four acres of land at 2760 Philadelphia St., will serve as the new area manufacturing and distribution facility for All Strong. Lee represented Wellzong International Ltd., with the buyer represented by Michael Anaya and Tony Phu of Colliers Seeley International.
Lee says the sale represents a realignment of Wellzong's real estate portfolio in Ontario, where it continues to own approximately 280,000 sf of space. The new Ontario facility for All Strong Industries, which represents approximately a 50% expansion for the company, is a concrete tilt-up structure with 24-foot minimum interior clearance, 37,000 sf of dropped ceiling, climate controlled production area, and 5,700 sf of office space. On-site parking is provided for 97 cars.
