The transaction took another six weeks to complete, from contract signing to closing. The average asking base rent is $1,092 per month. The average living area is 1,149 sf of air-conditioned space.
Moger also negotiated the sale of the 244-unit, 20-year-old Forest Place Apartments located off Fowler Avenue on 22nd Street, near the University of South Florida campus in Tampa.
