Earlier this month, former John Buck Co. principal and managing director Robert A. Chodos brought Stephen M. Levitas, David F. Miller and Michelle Sills with him to Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Stewart and Tunnicliff also were principals and managing directors with John Buck Co.'s strategic advisory group.
In addition to an 80,000-sf lease for Crain Communications at 360 N. Michigan Ave., the veteran duo did a 240,000-sf lease extension for Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee and represented Harley-Davidson Financial Services in negotiations for a 100,000-sf build-to-suit in Carson City, NV.
