When completed, Scottsdale Waterfront Residences will consist of 198 luxury condominiums in twin 13-story buildings within the Scottsdale Waterfront at Scottsdale and Camelback roads. Completion of the towers is expected for fourth quarter 2006 and first quarter 2007.
Condominiums at Scottsdale Waterfront Residences will range from 1,100 sf to 5,000 sf. The towers will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, business center with conference room and rooftop pool and spa with 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains andcityscape. A residents' club will include a gourmet exhibition kitchen, private dining rooms, entertainment areas with fireplaces, wine cave and climate-controlled wine storage lockers.
The Scottsdale Waterfront Residences, priced at $1.5 to $5 million, are Geoffrey H. Edmunds & Associates' second high-rise condominium project in the region. Last year, the developer built the 56-unit Esplanade Place with Pivotal Simon Group, breaking records by selling out more than a year before construction was complete on condos with 2,450 sf to 4,250 sf and $550,000 to $2.8 million sale tags.
