Stavin is named VP of investment services and will be based in CBRE's Center City office. Robert W. Walters, senior managing director of CBRE's mid-Atlantic region which is based here, says Stavin will be responsible for brokering investment property transactions involving multifamily assets and commercial property and land sales throughout the tri-state region.

Stavin was previously VP with locally based Binswanger/CBB where he specialized in property acquisition and disposition. An attorney and broker, he began his career in real estate as VP and general counsel for a local real estate development company and was once affiliated with Reading-based Roland & Schlegal PC.

Campus Apartments named Jefferson VP of development where he will manage the locally based company's more than $150 million of development in the pipeline for Franklin & Marshall College and Moravian College in this area. He will also manage the redevelopment of Seneca Hotel in Columbus, OH. Campus president and CEO David J. Adelman says Jefferson will be instrumental "as we continue to expand our market footprint and leverage our…model in new markets across the country."

Jefferson is the former director of development for Brown-Hill, an affiliate of Huntingdon Valley-based Jeffrey M. Brown Associates, where he managed development of Old City 108 condos here. Before that, as director of construction for locally based Dranoff Properties, he managed the conversion of a former warehouse into the Left Bank residential complex in University City and the remediation and conversion of the former RCA Victor factory into riverfront luxury lofts in Camden, NJ.
