Proehl, who joined PM Realty in 1994, manages a portfolio of more than 20 million sf in 11 western states. Before joining PM Realty Group he served as development manager for Tooley & Co., where he managed the development of two high-rise class-A office buildings, each in excess of 400,000 sf. His 22 years in the real estate industry includes asset management, office development, finance, and property management positions.

At Studley, Gorin moves from the company's Chicago office to Los Angeles office to work with Mark Sullivan on further developing Studley's tenant representation business for the downtown Los Angeles market while also expanding the firm's national and regional business. Gorin, an attorney, specializes in structuring complex transactions, strategic planning, investment sales, and managing portfolios for Fortune 500 companies and professional services firms.

At USC, Little will manage the institute's research into infrastructure issues critical to California and the nation. He was formerly director of the Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment at the National Research Council (NRC). During his 10 years there, he helped to develop strategies for infrastructure renewal and the protection of critical infrastructure from natural and man-made hazards. He has published extensively and spoken at many national and international conferences.
