Construction will begin in May with a move-in date scheduled for December, says Bruce A. Suppes, an office specialist with CB Richard Ellis Tucson LLC, tells GlobeSt.com. The building, part of La Cholla Corporate Center's third development phase, will be built by La Cholla Development LLC, a company created by local developer Venture West Inc. The third phase consists of a 125,000-sf office complex off of La Cholla Boulevard.
Suppes, the buyer's broker, says La Cholla Corporate Center offers a prime location near Northwest Hospital and Interstate 10 plus it's situated in the middle of residential growth. "This is a fast growing part of Tucson," he says.
