Tillman, who has participated in $100 million worth of commercial and multi-parcel project closings in his 15-year real estate career, joined Fidelity National in February 2003 to head up the company's title plant operations in Bay County. He held a similar position for eight years with American Pioneer in Panama City before coming to Fidelity.
"This is a great opportunity to expand our agency operations throughout the Florida Panhandle," says Matthew Frasure, vice president and state agency manager for Fidelity National's Florida and Caribbean operations. "Tim Tillman has been a fixture in this market for many years and has developed working relationships with many of the major law firms and title agents over this time."
The Northwest Florida center will operate under Fidelity National's Florida Agency umbrella which has locations in Maitland, Merritt Island, Palm Beach, Miami, Sarasota, Jacksonville, Tampa, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville and Weston.
