Philp was an independent consultant to Lodgian during its Chapter 11 restructuring two years ago. Prior to her promotion, she served as treasurer, chief accounting officer and vice president. Philp started her CPA career in southern California with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an MBA and a BBA in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Artime joined Lodgian in December 2001 and was promoted to chief financial officer in October 2003. During his tenure as CFO, the company restructured its balance sheet through a $370-million financing and a $192-million secondary stock offering.
