Clark Security Products will move in March from 211 S. 28th St. to 2140 S. 7th Ave., says Jeff Conrad, a principal with Lee & Associates Arizona who represented the building owner, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. "Their lease was expiring and they wanted to move from a building that was functionally obsolete," Conrad tells GlobeSt.com.
Conrad says the Seventh Avenue space has plenty of room for the firm's showroom and offices plus it is centrally located in the Valley, making it more convenient to reach its customers. The 67,500-sf structure is part of a four-building, 224,308-sf complex, that's now fully leased, Conrad says. Bill Hunsaker, a director with the Staubach Co.'s Phoenix office represented the tenant.
