The White Enterprises project is near booming Henry County where commercial and residential developers already have discovered growth opportunities, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com. Recent filings with the county's planning and zoning commission show KB Homes planning 140 townhomes, 18 acres of commercial and 804 single-family residences for a 423-acre project called Haddonfield at Walker Drive and Simpson Mill Road.
Other recently filed developments in Henry County come from 3-D Construction of Hampton, for 85 homes on 87 acres northeast of Locust Grove; Cameron Development Corp, for 84 homes on 43 acres along Chambers Road near Mount Carmel Road; and Hayes Development Corp. of Fayetteville for 66 houses on 35 acres on Hampton-Locust Grove Road near GA 155.
