The $3 million lease at Duke Realty Corp.'s seven-building campus at 2500 NorthWinds Parkway brings the building's occupancy to 88%, Duke broker Chandler Spratlin, who negotiated the deal for Duke Realty, tells GlobeSt.com. Bill Leonard, president of Atlanta-based Wm. Leonard & Co., represented KnowledgeStorm.

"We searched the market extensively and at the end of the day felt that Duke Realty's flexibility to accommodate KnowledgeStorm's growth requirements, their level of service and market presence best suited the needs of our client," Leonard tells GlobeSt.com.

The highly visible NorthWinds Center is near the GA 400 and Haynes Bridge Road interchange, in the heart of North Fulton County's class A office submarket. The site has 16 acres of developable land.

Other key tenants at NorthWinds Center are Fireman's Fund, Verifone, SunGard Data Systems and FoodBuy. Indianapolis-based Duke owns four class A office parks totaling two million sf in the North Fulton submarket.
