At 1101 New York Ave., Centex will be charged with erecting the 517,600-sf structure, which will rise 13 stories above a three-level subterranean parking facility. The $50-million project, designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates LLC, is scheduled for delivery in December of next year.
Located at 25 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Republic Square will feature 561,455 sf among 10 floors of office space and three levels of underground parking. A $40-million project designed by Devrouax & Purnell with Leo A. Daly, Republic Square is on target for completion in February 2006.
