In recent weeks, Nick A. Rossini has taken over the job of leading Mohr's 12-broker national accounts team. Rossini has spent the past year at the Morse Co., where he worked side by side with longtime friend, Scott Morse, as a principal in the Dallas-based tech sector specialty brokerage firm.
Rossini says Mohr approached him last fall about the position. The opportunity, he says, was too good to pass up. "I enjoyed my tenure with Scott. It's a great organization," he tells GlobeSt.com about the amicable split. "I just wanted to pursue this."
As director of Mohr's portfolio account management, Rossini will be back doing what he knows best: steering national corporate accounts. The 20-year professional, always using Dallas as his base, has been a vice president for locally based Fischer & Co. and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. His background includes stints with Daniel Corp. and Transwestern Property Co. During his career, he has leased more than 14.5 million sf of office and industrial space in excess of 40 markets, representing corporate clients with 20,000-sf to 250,000-sf needs.
"Mohr Partners has experienced annual growth in excess of 20% for the past few years," Ted Fredericks, Mohr's president and COO, says in a press release. "Adding senior management talent with the professional experience, values and overall breadth of knowledge related to corporate services is vital to our continued success in delivering the quality of service I expect from our organization. Nick Rossini exemplifies these qualities."
