In April, Ridge Dental Specialists will open doors on second-floor office space at 20950 N. Tatum Blvd. "They really liked the growth in the area and the lack of medical services," says Rod Beach, a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial LLC. He tells GlobeSt.com that he recommended the area to the endodontists, who also had done some research for sites in Northeast Phoenix.
Ridge Dental Specialists will be the only endodontists in the 60,000-sf, three-story Desert Ridge building, developed last year by Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. The building is 93% occupied. Tom Weinhold with NAI Horizon represented the Ryan Cos. in the transaction.
