DDI Storage of Fort Worth set up a second location at 2225 109th St. in the Grand Prairie portion of the Great Southwest Industrial District. David Dunn, president of Dunn Commercial LP, tells GlobeSt.com that his 20-year client searched for three months for the right spot before settling on the empty structure, owned by a private investor from Dallas who operates as Account Adjustment Services Corp. The industrial space is on the market for $2.75 per sf net.
DDI Storage is a retail and wholesale records storage company. The public warehousing space is available for the short or long term. Frank Jester III, also with Dunn Commercial, helped to negotiate the transaction.
