Felderman will be responsible for continued growth at Pearlman, which focuses on developing shopping centers throughout California and is currently in various stages of planning and development of approximately 2,000,000 sf of retail and mixed-use centers. CEO Arthur Pearlman says he expects the next five years of the company's growth to include mixed-use, life style and community centers in urban and suburban areas of California.

Since 1998, Felderman previously held the position of VP of development, with responsibilities for the development and construction of the company's retail projects in California including Bonaventure Center in Pomona, Porter Ranch Town Center in Porter Ranch, Sport Chalet Village in La Canada. The company recently broke ground on Village Walk, a 30-acre, 320,000-sf promotional center in Murrieta, which is slated to open in March 2006, and is now developing three new projects in Riverside County.At Sonnenblick-Eichner Co., Brown has served as executive director of the firm since its formation. In his 26-year career in the commercial real estate finance and investment management business, he has managed more than $3 billion of debt and equity transactions. Brown's expertise includes raising development equity, arranging acquisition, renovation and construction debt, as well as the origination and placement of interim and long term permanent debt. Sonnenblick-Eichner, based in Los Angeles, specializes in arranging structured finance for acquisition, construction and permanent loans, interim and mezzanine financing as well as joint-venture equity transactions.

At Equis, Berman will lead regional efforts at the firm, according to John Niemi, EVP and director of Equis' western US operations. Berman formerly was a top producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he was a managing director with that firm's National Corporate Services Group. Equis specializes in tenant representation, with its Los Angeles office serving clients that include Bayer Corp., Charter Communications, DaimlerChrysler, Delphi Automotive, the US General Services Administration, GlaxoSmithKline, Qwest Communications and Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
