Pinkard and vice president of brokerage services Shelley Phibbons Radomski will head up the endeavor for Cassidy & Pinkard, and will be joined in the advisory project by the Community Partners Realty Advisory Services and J. Cater Economic Consultants. The Community Partners will give a helping hand with multi-family development pursuits involving undergraduate student housing, while J. Carter will offer a helping hand with economic feasibility studies, market research and financial risk analysis.
