The tenant selected Peachtree Center because "its amenities offered unmatched value and convenience for our company and employees," says SP Newsprint CEO Joe Gorman.
SP Newsprint operates newsprint mills in Dublin, GA and Newberg, OR. Annual newsprint production totals more than one million tons. Colonnade's $2-billion-plus portfolio is comprised of 30 properties, including 11 million sf of commercial space in multiple markets from Miami to Minneapolis.
Peachtree Center is comprised of six high-rise office towers, a three-tiered mall with more than 70 shops and eateries, a 73,500-sf athletic club and surrounding parking decks.
