Equity Office's Hollett Moves Up to VP-Leasing

Hollett moves into his new position from managing director of leasing. As the senior leasing executive on the Atlanta team, he and his team of five professionals are responsible for the leasing and marketing of 43 properties totaling 8.2 million sf in Georgia and Central Florida. Equity's Atlanta properties are centered in Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead.

Hollett joined Equity Office in March 1992 as a senior leasing representative in Indianapolis. Besides managing leasing personnel, he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of the 1.1-million-sf Bank One Center and suburban Equity Office projects. Hollett was promoted to managing leasing director for the Southeast region in July 1999. He moved to Atlanta to accept his further duties in 1997.

Hollett is a member of the Georgia chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties and a board member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor. He also served as a director for the Atlanta Streetcare Inc., a nonprofit group working to build an eight-mile streetcar line on Peachtree Street.

Hollett holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
