Steve Simon became the office's second senior director of investment sales for office and industrial properties. Previously a director, Simon, who teams with senior director Jeff Y. Smith, has a track record with $800 million of property sales and financing transactions in his 19-year career.
Patricia Marbury was promoted to SVP of financial services from regional controller. She is tasked with responsibility for development and oversight of all accounting facets and policies for more than 15 million sf of assets in Atlanta, Miami, Denver and Dallas.
Matt Didyk, working as a leasing associate since 2000, was named VP of leasing. He oversees 930,000 sf of office space stretching from Uptown/Turtle Creek submaket to the LBJ Freeway Corridor.
