The Dallas-based Bradford tapped Michael W. Spain, previously with TIG Real Estate Services in Dallas, to be market director for the Great Southwest division. Spain, who sat across the bargaining table from most of Bradford's team during his four years at TIG, tells GlobeSt.com that he will focus on the landlord's side of the business, pushing hard push to secure new listings for the portfolio.
Spain, stressing TIG "is a great company," says the opportunity to help to build up the Bradford portfolio, now totaling more than 12 million sf in Dallas/Fort Worth, was too good to pass up. He says talks began several months ago.
Spain was Bradford's second hire in less than a month. About two weeks ago, Santaularia brought Sharon Friedberg on board to lead the corporate office group.
