Michael A. Pollack, owner of Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments, tells GlobeSt.com that the four tenants, Cabinets by C&F, Line X Bed Liners, Precision Pools & Spas and Cycle Moto, will collectively occupy more than 18,000 sf at rates ranging from $7.80 per sf to $9.60 per sf. The terms range from two to 10 years for the Mediterranean-style business park, now rising at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Eliot Road.

The cabinetmaker will take 7,700 sf with an additional 4,155 sf earmarked for Line X, and 2,201 sf reserved for Precision Pools. Cycle Moto will occupy 8,609 sf at the property, which has been designed with showrooms in the front and manufacturing and office space at the rear of the building. The 11-acre development of five buildings, ranging from 1,099 sf to 22,732 sf, is scheduled to be completed in August.
