The Puente Hills Mall, situated on the corner of Colima Road and Azusa Avenue, is a two-story enclosed regional center anchored by Sears, Robinsons-May and an AMC 20-screen movie theatre. It was built between 1974 and 1975 and is more than 93% occupied with tenants that include Burlington Coat Factory, CompUSA, Circuit City, Ross, Linens-n-Things, 24-Hour Fitness and Borders Books & Music. David Lee and Richard Walter of Faris Lee are the listing agents for Passco, the Irvine-based tenant-in-common specialist that acquired the property in 2003 via a pool of 36 investors who bought the center from the San Francisco-based Krausz Cos. in May 2003.
